It's Ros's birthday today (she's 24, in case anyone asks...), so I've taken her to Bury St Edmunds for lunch. Fine wines and good food have been partaken of, gifts presented, and a generally fun time has been had.
Call me old fashioned, but I do think that birthdays should be marked - except mine that is. There may be some shooting this afternoon, if we're up to it - thank heavens for the Nintendo Wii...
